Paul Duval
Paul Duval’s career in the financial services industry began in 1989. He was a founding principal of Genesis in 1994 and has served as president since 1997. In addition to his broad knowledge of financial planning issues, he brings to the firm a focused expertise in investment strategies. Paul is a graduate of Holy Cross College and Babson College, where he earned an MBA degree. He has earned Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designations from The American College.
Paul holds both NASD Series 7 and 24 securities licenses and is a registered principal. He has also passed the NASAA series 65 investment adviser law exam. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association as well as a member of the Greater Boston Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals where he has fulfilled the society’s continuing education requirements since 1992.
Paul continues to serve on the boards of a variety of non-profit and charitable foundations primarily focused on providing scholarship funds for deserving students. In addition, he has served as coach for both Little League Baseball and youth basketball in his community.
Chris Giannaros
Chris has over 25 years experience in the field of wealth management and has served as CEO of Genesis since 1997. Within Genesis, he is the resident expert on elder care issues and a member of the Planning Policy Board. His educational background includes both BA and MEd from Northeastern University. He has an NASD series 7 securities license and has also passed the NASAA series 65 investment adviser law exam. Chris has been extremely active in local community organizations and continues to advise many non-profit foundations and charitable organizations.

Ron Aines
Ron Aines is Vice President of Genesis, and a member of the Planning Policy Board. He joined the firm in 1997, and is responsible for integrated financial and investment planning with the firm’s clients. He has been advising clients on financial planning issues since 1989. He is a graduate of Union College with an MBA from Boston College. Ron holds the following designations from the American College: Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Advisor for Senior Living (CASL) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). Ron contributes considerable time and energy as an active member of his synagogue, and has coached youth sports. He is a member of the Greater Boston Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals. Ron holds an NASD Series 7 securities license and has passed the NASAA Series 65 investment advisor law exam.
Additionally, Genesis has relationships with several affiliated professionals who maintain separate practices but utilize our expertise to meet the financial planning and investment management needs of their clients.
